He had seen his first chandelier at one the parties He attended with his parents. It was a magnificent piece made of golden lamps. He had become instantly obsessed and He had eventually got into the chandelier business. He was quite good at conceptualizing the chandelier design. She was interning with the company, and had often heard stories of his bizarre ideas that never made sense to his peers, but eventually when it came to life they were all left speechless. Once She had the opportunity to attend one of his design briefings and She instantly fell in love with his passion, vision. She found out that He would be visiting her branch more often so She decided to leave him little post-aids of inspiration. One day, She was working on some clerical work when She saw him approach her and as He made his way to her desk She knew her life was about to change. She was the clumsy clown in her family for being careless wherever She went. She loved walking through the museum admiring the exhibits every week. It was part of her weekly leisure routine. Each month new exhibits would be added and it would fascinate her. She was on one of her weekly visits when they were installing the new chandelier in the main lobby. She was lost in her own thoughts, when one of the handymen began to stumble on his ladder and the chandelier began to shake. Thankfully, He was taking his rounds of the museum and He saved her from the falling chandelier. She fell into his arms, their eyes met. She smiled as She sipped her hot sipping French Vanilla as She told the story once again to her grandchildren. He put his golf bag aside; and went to her cheek and kissed her and said, “Yes, kids that is how I met your grandma!”… He had been teaching interior design for a few years, and He was always fascinated with his student’s boundless creativity. This year, as He flipped through their designs He was left in awe with one particular one. She had kept most of the living room simple yet edgy but the main focus was the chandelier that She had designed. It was grand in all respects of the word. In her notes about it, She mentioned that it was to be made of used plastic bottles. He absolutely fell in love with. As She looked up at her masterpiece in the foyer of her dream home, She smiled so bright it lit up more than the chandelier. Her daughter ran into her arms, She picked her up and hugged her so tight. At a distance, He smiled at how lucky He was…

She had always enjoyed the writing section in English. She would enjoy penning away her creativity onto paper in High School. Gradually it became evident that She had a passion for the written word. While She was taking a course in creative writing in university, She bumped into him. He was a visiting student from another country, who hit off instantly. They hung out quite a bit and bonded over their love for writing. When He had to head back, they decided to do the conventional texting but also to exchange letters since they loved writing. Soon, began a sea of letters, but She loved the one framed one on her wall, Her daughter crawled up from behind, and She smiled at how blessed She was. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- He would pen his day-to-day activities from a very young age. He decided to dedicate himself to writing by becoming a novelist. Most people talked about how He had grown to fame but He was yet to find that special someone. They did not know that He had found his special someone long ago, He just could never tell her in High School. He was signing books during a book tour; She decided to pop in to get her book signed and find out if He still remembered her. She placed her book in front of him, and He looked up to see the smile that He had fallen in love with all those years ago… ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ She was walking by her favorite bookstore when She noticed a sign saying that there was a crazy one-day sale. She headed inside, and began pilling her books into a little trolley. She had fallen in love with reading and began writing her own stories from a very young age. She was walking out with her pile of books, when She bumped into him. He was the store owner's nephew from out of town, helping with the sale. He offered to drop off her books to her house, if She left her address with him. She was a bit hesitant but eventually agreed. In the evening, She heard the doorbell ring as She was prepping for dinner. At her doorstep, lay a box of books, some that She had not even purchased. It had a note with it that said, “I have added a few of my own books for you to borrow. I am sure you will enjoy them as much as I have. Now that you have borrowed my books, you have to return them giving me the perfect excuse to take you out for a cup of coffee”… ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ |
